My Primary Care Doctor Cant Figure Out My Problem. All

my primary care doctor cant figure out my problem. All types of blood work was done.
My symtos are: left ear feels abnormal. my chin will get num. my right ear will get pain inside. pain goes back and forth from one ear to the other. left eye feels like its drooping. You can visualy see it. I will get a chill sensation throughout by body. Mostly on the left side. My left leg feels warm at the back. at least once a week a get a hot flash that lasts 5 min or so. I get shootong pains all throughout my body.
Meds ... im taking from a heart attack are Effient, matropalol, crestore, aspine. I feel like im dieing and what ever is wrong is spreading through my body. This sums it all up. Can you help me?
