my scalp feels like some one is stabbing it, then it starts bleeding, and i dont even touch it. then when i blow my nose, blood and spiders come out!!!

my daughter is 8 yrs old and she has 2 knots in each side of her pubic bone where her underwear rest...she is complaining that it hurts...and she's been haveing a hard time having a bowel movement. what could this be? and what should i do?
