My Sister In Law Has Been A HEAVY WINE DRINKER

my sister in law has been a HEAVY WINE DRINKER for years....now she can't walk, no balance, double vision, slurred language. we have taken her to many drs., she had an MRI, normal, eye dr, normal, now we're waiting for blood tests to return. she can't live alone, we're hoping to have her dr. assist with home health care. I would care for her but I suffer from severe RA....she's very heavy and I cant lift her. she won't eat!
please help
