My Son Has Pnmonia And He Is Three We Have

my son has pnmonia and he is three we have been to the doctor already and gotten antibiotics but i struggle getting my son to take the meds. i have tried putting it inhis juice\water and applesauce. he seems to just seem weaker and evryday. its been about a week that he has been sick and hes had his meds for two days and over the counter for a week. is it time to take him to the hospital?
