My Spouse Has Had Several Times Were He Would Break

my spouse has had several times were he would break out with a boil type little bump and 2/3 days later got infected . have had this going on for a couple years and doctor said that he would keep getting these to continue cleaning area and no deordant and that it reminded me of a type of staph infection never dealt with such crazy type stuff.what if anything could be bringing on these lumps . keep records and seem that comes back about 6/7 months.only thing doctor did was drain the pus and clean and antibiotic.
