My Wife Had A Bad Throat Pain And 101 F

my wife had a bad throat pain and 101 F temperature a week ago. SHe went to see her doctor. The doctor prescribed her antibiotics and coughing medicine. But after almost a week, she is still coughing. The worst problem for her now is that she could not fall in sleep. Once she lay down, she is shaking and could not have sleep at night. The temperature came back this afternoon with a reading of 99F. Now I am worrying. Do I need to find her a doctor now?
