Myself Alok Suffering Cough And Fever From Last Few Months

myself alok suffering cough and fever from last few months after consulting doctor he advidsed to take x-ray and found pleural effusion which he removed thorugh injection upto 10 ml and given medicine forecox & moxifloxcin.After pathlogy report of that fluid result is lieshmann Giermsa & PAP stained smears of centrifuged deposite of pleural fluid show numerous lymphocytes,few neutrophils and mesothelial cells.Nn atypical cells are seen .Still I having high fever & cough problem n loose too much weight n weakness also plz provide is there any critical issue like am i having TB ???waiting for ur kind responce
