Ok Thank You! I Have A Rash On My Lower

ok thank you! I have a rash on my lower legs and lower arms including fingers. Have a history of ezcema and thought that was it, but it was not very responsive to steroid cream. very tchy red, patchy, somewhat raised, some small blistery bumps others red and circular. tried anti fungal creams and see a little improvement. it has been 4 weeks and started after a recent trip to Panama where I worked in the prison , it was extremely hot too. Could it be a fungus from over there
? I've never had it like this.
