Ok Thank You. My Mother 92 Yrs Young, Fell From

ok thank you. my mother 92 yrs young, fell from her bed at the 24/7 skilled nursing home, we noticed her being fatigued and unstable, headache & slurring in early oct 2015..she has hypothyroidism, they took blood work, as result increased her dose from 75 mcg to 100 mcg, follow-up in 6 wks later, required another increase to 125 mcg, two days after that increase she falls. could this have contributed to her fall? sorry didn't know i had to pay, please disregard
