Okay So, I Have Had This Bad Flem In My

okay so, i have had this bad flem in my throat for about two weeks now and my nose has been slightly stuffed up as well, when i tryed to clear my throat of the flem the other day while driving i suddenly vomited, i couldnt control it at all. I just spent almost an hour in the shower trying to clear my sinuses with pressure poits and such which helped a lot but when most of the flem in my throat was about to come out i vomited again, and a few times. Is something wrong with me? -cry-
