One Month Ago, Began To Expierence A "slight-ache" In My

one month ago, began to expierence a "slight-ache" in my right hip-joint; disregarded it for a week or so but now the "ache" is painful but only when arise from a chair and when I walk. I have no discomfort while sitting. driving my auto or standing but not moving when I am standing still.
I do have an enlarged prostrate and when lying in bed on my back, will feel "slight" discomfort in my groin area. Is their a connection? What are your first suggestions? Cold ice packs every 4 hrs amd for how many days?
