Hi.. Yes, it is mainly used for to help bringing menstruation in control and thereby increase the chances of pregnancy.. To be specific, Dronis is used in helping in bringing the hormonal disturbance to normality as in PCOD. While Primolut N is used to voluntary delay in the periods.. Both can be effective in controlling menstruation...
