Severew Pain In The Thigh After Water Skiing, Cannot Sit Or Lay Down, Light Fever. Solution?
Water skiing today my husband heard a pop in his thigh and severe pain. The pain is in back of his thigh up into his butt check. He cannot walk unassisted. It worse pain if he tries to bend in any way to sit or to lay down. He feels a little warm not sure if he has a fever . He a big tough guy and he is in pain, its been about five hours now.

Hi.Your husband would have had a muscle strain, muscle pull, or even a muscle tear implies damage to a muscle or its attaching tendons & probably his knee (joint) during the sport.Knee joint have a number of ligaments.It is very important to rule out this condition.I suggest to consult an orthopedist and take his opinion.Hope this helps.Take care
