Should I See A Doctor Given My Ongoing Dull Chest Pain And A Recent Severe Episode With Breathing Difficulty And Crushing Chest Pain?

Hi, I've been experiencing a dull chest pain constantly for the past three weeks. I struggle to lie or stand comfortably. Last week, whilst relaxing on the sofa I suddenly couldn't breathe, I kept swallowing but no air would come in, I became dizzey and tried to stand to allow some air in but couldn't. Seconds later I felt a shooting pain from my stomach shoot up to my chest and felt a crushing pain in my whole chest, it was excruciating like my heart was about to burst, in my head I felt it was the end, this felt like it lasted a long time but must have only been a minute and then I was sick. As soon as I was sick it all passed and I felt better. Since then the chest pains have continued. I have just moved to Spain and have not yet sorted medical care and so am reluctant to go to a doctor unless necessary. Do you think I should visit a doctor?

Thank you so much for your time.
