Should I Worry About Infection After Pulling Off The Tampon?

i just pulled tampon off my cervix ? im in menopause and dont bleed for 9 months but spot occasinally im only 33 but forgot it somehow my hubby and i hook up he feels scratchy wow i pulled it out some how ive been bloating un naturally in my tummy and feeling weird isthis normal and should i worry about infection been in me since sat or sun
