sir, i am 36 years old, and i have a irregular bowel habbit, i have to go toiled about 5 times a day, like sometimes i feel like diarhoeea, and sometimes its like constipation, i have shown to the gastroentrologist, he diagnosed it IBS-M and treatment started giving me mebeveriene hcl bd, fludac 20 od, and rifaximin 400 od +cremadiet powder in the night, some time it resulted good but after some time again the condition was the same, again i went to second gastro dr. and he suggested me normaxin, clonatril plus and rabeprazole dsr, is it correct treatment?
