Spermogram Test,volume 3.2ml,count:30 Mil/ml,active 50%,WBC 16-18,result?

my spermogram test result are : volume: 3.2 ml , liquefaction time: 180 minute, ph : 9 ,sperm count:30 million/ml.... motility:active 50% sluggish 5% dead 45%......motility after 3 hrs :active 40% sluggish 5% dead 45%.....morphology:normal 70% abnormal 30%...microscopy: WBC 16-18 RBC1-2 what do these results mean??? plz I need an answer noww....

Hi,
Liquefaction time 20 to 25 min,
in your semen analysis the abnormalities are,
Ph it should be between 7.2 to 7.8,
viability should be 75%,
normal WBC should be less than 1 million/ml.
All the above findings are indicating that you are having infection.
Probably prostatitis.
Now you have to visit your doctor, go for culture sensitivity of the fluid obtained after prostatic massage depending on the result take antibiotic therapy.
