Hello, You had been hit around the eyebrow bone, since then you are experiencing headache, dizziness, difficulty in vision. It also hurts when you blink or close your eyes, you also have a cut that hurts. You are suggested to get clinically examined in the ER, if the cut is deep you may require cleaning, stitching and antiseptic bandaging to be done. You should get investigations like X-ray, CT/MRI done to detect any fracture or internal injury to the eyebrow bone, skull or brain. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, You should get your eye check up done by an Eye Specialist to detect any minor or major injury that requires treatment. For relief, you can take acetaminophen, anti-vertigo medicines, as you are having dizziness. Do not drive or do any heavy work, take rest (physical and cognitive). Stay away from addictions (smoking, alcohol, etc.) if any, it will worsen the symptoms. Placing a cold compress on your head or eyes to feel better, reduce stress and anxiety.
