Suggest Treatment For Nasal Polyp

I went to an ENT who said I had a nasal polyp and needed it removed- However something just burst and a clear orange liquid is draining from the the side of my nose where there is no polyp. I read that polyps aren't filled with liquid- is there anything I need to do in the immediate future?
