The Pediatrician As Well As Other Specialist Say That My

the pediatrician as well as other specialist say that my son is not autistc. However he does have speach delay and communication issues , he has had tubes put in his ears as well... recently he has started doing autistic like behaviors. for an example he constantly looks up at the ceiling and walks back and forth making hand motions. i observe these actions most when he first wakes up in the morning and when he is excited. the behavior is almost ritual like; as if he has to do it .
will he grow out of it and is it related from him not being able to hear so well for such a long period of time before the tubes....
