This Is For My Spouse... Me And Him Both Used

this is for my spouse... me and him both used to smoke weed but but after he hit the last blunt a year ago he has been having horrible side affects i'am not. I'am good can run ,dance, stand for long periods through out the day he cant we have been spending hell of money on doctor bills going to see different doctors and everything we been to a nerouglist "head doctor" sorry I spelled it incorrectly they all say the same thing theres nothing wrong even through his blood work I feel bad I cant help him hes all I have please help he's 24 yrs old 5'9 has gain over 60 pounds he used to weigh 185 horrible headaches he bangs his head in the wall I try messaging it kinda helps he passes out sometimes he want move for me cause he chest hurt like always his eyes burn and vision is getting bad went to eye doctor they told him his eyes was fine .now his throat hurts cant really eat but his fat but do please help me with any possible answer :(
