Trying To Conceive For 6 Months. Semen Analysis, Hormone Tests Done. Suggestions?

My husband I have been trying to get pregnant for past 6 months but have had no luck with it. We went to a doctor and she prescribed both ofb us some tests my husbands semen analysis is as followed

Motility

a) Rapid Progression: 20%
b) Slow Progression: 30%
c) Non-Progressive Motility: 10%
d) Immotile: 40%

Vitality:

Count / ml:105 million

Morphology

Normal: 55%
Abnormal: 45%
Head Defects:10%
Tail Defects:15%
Neck & Mid Piece Defects: 15%
Cytoplasmic Droplets: 4%
Headless 'Pinhead' :1%
Pus Cells :6-8
Red Blood Cells :4-6
Epithelial Cells:0-1
Miscellaneous : nil

My reports for hormone tests are as follows
Insulin fasting 16.3
Thyroxin
T-3 142.000
T-4 8.270
TSH 5.470
Prolactin 19.500

FSH 4.870
And these tests were done on tge 6th day of my periods

Let me explain you about the fertility , please note it ,
Normal fertility associated with sperms counts of more than 48 million/ml,with a motility of more than 63 % with 12 % exhibiting normal morphology.
Subfertility associated with less than 13 million (sperm).
In your case all values are normal except value of T S H 5.47 ( less than 5 u U /ml).

Conception depends upon many factors, as release of ovum from ovary and fertilization with sperm .
If fertilization occurs than implantation in uterus.
.
So study of follicle with releasing & maturation of ovum are important .
Consultation with Gynaecologist will be helpful for you.
