The itching is just a symptom and cannot in anyway lead to infertility. The condition causing the itch should be diagnosed and accordingly treated.
Blind treatment with antibiotics rarely has good results, I would advise a urine culture and sensitivity examination along with a vaginal swab test. These investigations should help diagnose the condition and accordingly provide information on the type of treatment that would rapidly and effrctively treat your condition.
It is also important to note that all forms of sexual contact should be avoided for at least 7 days after the last dose of therapy.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
