Warts/little Bumps On My Penis

Hello, Recently, about 2 days ago I saw warts/little bumps on my penis. In fact I got 2 types... one is like HPV infection under the glans/head, white little bumps but I got them for a long time and they dont itch at all. I might have them from sex with a promiscuous girl 2 years ago, since then Im with a virgin girlfriend. Now, for those 2 years I got maybe one type, the white ones, they didnt do anything at all, but when my girlfriend came for christmass to me (she lost virginity with me) we were having sex and when she was about to leave I discovered another type of bumps and theyre itching all the time, they are red and are like herpes. What should I do? Is this serious? is it possible I got the itchy ones from my virgin girlfriend? (I got some herpes on my face, kissing, she doing me an oral sex = transmitting the herpes?)
