like should i do cardio more?

Your symptoms are unlikely to represent heart disease...
That said, the most important things someone your age can do to prevent heart disease are:
1) don't smoke
2) exercise daily
3) eat a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol
It would be inappropriate for a 15 year old to be on daily aspirin therapy
