What Can I Do To Address Persistent Pain In My Right Gluteus Four Years After A Hip Dislocation Besides Pain Medication?
I pulled a muscle on my right hip while doing leg butterflies in the gym I felt a pulled but thought nothing much about it. 2 days later, I had to go to the ER fue to intense pain. The ER doctor positioned me on my side and pushed the hip back in. Apparently the pull took my hip out of socket. It has been 4 years and I still feel pain on my right gluteus. I do yoga several times a week and ride my bike at least twice a week. Besides pain medication, what would you suggest?
