What Can Be Orange Oval Shaped Pill ?

I can t identify a pill I have. It s orange/peach, oval in shape. On one side it says bock and on the other side it says z / la. I put it in my zyrtec Rx bottle so it must have something to do with sinus/congestion but I can t figure out how to identify it for sure. The only bock comes up as some kind of lactate medicine.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

I have done some search and found out that the orange oval shaped pill with Z/la on one side is : guaifenesin-pseudoephedrine (Zephrex).

You are right, it is used to treat sinus congestion and relieving cough is phlegm is present.

However, I advise to discuss it further with your local pharmacist (where you bought the pill) or your healthcare provider.

Wish fast recovery!
