What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Abdominal Pains?

My period is 2 months late. I haven't felt that great kinda sick to my stomache 24/7 and pains that come and go on my left ovary it seems like. 2 negative home pregnancy tests. My stool was also green for 2 days and the third (today) its a light color. Help?
