What Causes Difficulty In Walking And Dark Spot On The Knee?

haloo my name is nancy age 25 160 cm, 76kg i have a very painful black spot on my knee and it hurts alot i have been to different doctors and all they give me is antibiotics what could be the cause because like right now i cant walk the knee and the whole leg hurts alot. could this be a sign of cancer? please help me
