What Causes Fatigue Along With Muscle Tightness?

I m a 35 year old female... two weeks ago I began to have fatigue, muscle tightness in my back - I thought it was the flu but I began to have episodes of palpations, shortness of breath, feeling faint.....have had 2 EKGs, wore a halter monitor 48 hrs, blood work - everything came back normal, although inflammation level was tiny bit high (dr compared it to a sprained pinky finger). I realize that I am having symptoms that are leading to a panic attack but the dr can not figure out any clear reason for the onset of them. Could I have a virus that is attacking my nervous system??? Tightness in back/neck seem to get worse towards evening and night. If I lay in certain positions I get pressure on my neck or my lips go numb. Could it have to do with my cervical spine?

HI
Well come to HCM
If I would be treating physician of this case then I would advise for CT brain because this is the test that could differentiate some etiological possibilities, although it does not seems anything serious because most of the time such symptoms are functionally origin and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
