What Causes Radiating Pain In Hand And Wrist?

Hi, my name is Rachel. The middle finger on my left hand is severely crooked. The middle joint hurts terribly to the touch and has now after a year spread to my top joint. By the end of the day I have radiating pain into my hand and wrist. I have been tested for arthritis and carpal tunnel. Had the emg and the shock test. Everything was normal. Went to the ortho specialist who cant figure it out either. I'm tired of this after a year now and more than that I really would just like an answer...
