Hi.

Tightness of throat when you are around tress can be most probably due to allergic reaction.
Many times there can be allergic reaction to trees leading to throat closure or congestion..

So my suggestion is to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and an allergy test can be done to rule out or confirm the diagnosis.

For now you can take anti allergic medicine like Levocetrizine or benadryl for relief.
If the symptoms are severe a steroid shot can be advised.

Hope I have answered your query.
Please let me know if you can assist you further.

Regards.
