What Causes Tingling Sensation In An Arm Upon Bending?

43 years old, low vitamin b12, vitamin K2, chest pain occasional when I ve bent over and coming up as if picking something up off the floor. Left pinky and ring finger up to tricep now have tingling feeling as if my arm and hand fell asleep and waking up with a cooling sensation. Heart disease on maternal side.

Vitamin b12 deficiency can cause nerve damage. This is usually occur when someone have chronic deficiency. If you have other symptoms of anemia than it is surely due to vitamin deficiency. I advise you to do a lab investigation for hemoglobin. And take vitamin b12 table daily. Finally end with 'Hope I have answered your question.
