What Could Be The Reason For Petechiae And Vulva Itching ?

What could cause petechiae only around the anal area (no pain or itching around anus) and extremely itchy vulva with a hard pea size lump in the inner area of the labia majora (itching worse at night)? I have a history of AML, 36 months remission, Age 41, 5 6, married 11 years, not currently sexually active with spouse.

hi
it may be due to fungal infection or due to one condition known as lichen sclerosis .
it is possible to have no itching around anus and itching over vulva is there
u need to consult dermatologist as it is long lasting condition.
u need hormonal evaluation also
until ,u consult doctor apply good antifungal cream twice a day and keep area dry and clean
wear loose and cotton undergarments only
avoid sitting in one position for long time
