Thanks for your question on HCM. I want to ask you few questions.
1. Are you having any symptoms?
2. Are you suffering from hypertension or had heart attack in past.
3. Do you have old ECG
Border line T wave abnormality is very common in normal individual. If you are asymptomatic and not having any cardiac issue than no need to worry. Followup ECG after 1 month and if it shows same changes than no need to worry. But if you are symptomatic than should consult cardiologist. Sometimes old heart attack also gives t wave abnormality.
