								RBBB is more common in high blood pressure cases, but if is with heart attack the issue is serious and has to be tackled in a proper way. they may need a pacemaker also, along with angioplasty.
 
											
								incomplete RBBB could be a normal variant and usually an innocous conduction disorder. RBBB seldom progresses to high degree blocks. Get a angiography done once she's stabilised medically.
