What Is The Cause Of Frequent Thirst?

I am 13 years old and am thirsty all the time even though i drink a lot. i don t drink soda, or anything caffeinated and dont do much sport. it has been a bit sudden that i have become reaally thirsty these past two weeks. before that i drank not much so it is really strange....

Thirst may not be abnormal in summer but sudden onset of thirst unrelated to weather changes could be due to some problems. check out if you have high sugar levels, high sodium levels or dehydration due to any cause. if every thing turns normal, you need not worry, drink plain water and have low sodium foods.
