when i was pregnant i had the same query. i a spoke to my gynecologist, she said its better to avoid sex for first 3 months of pregnancy as there are few chances of abortion. And to avoid sex in last 3 months of pregnancy as you can have bleeding and early labor. so as per doctor advice its better to have sex after 3 months and not to have sex after 6 months. but some amount of discomfort will be there, actually me and my husband trIed to have sex after 3 months, i was more at a discomfort level. my lovely husband said we will not have sex, as its causing discomfort to yu.

COMING TO SEX DURING PREGNANCY .....we can have sex anytime during pregnancy...unless there is some miscarraige or bleeding..and if ur gynecologist suggests u to not to have sex because of some problem..provided ur partner is intrested in having sex.....there are many positions which are comfortable like... Woman on top,spooning(man behind woman,rear entry),hands and knees,side lying ,knee pulled up... but u try and explore by ur own way ...according to ur comfrort...so that there should not be any pressuere on growing abdomen...so try it and enjoy..some studies suggest that orgasm will cause pressure to the baby inside.....

sexual actvities during pregnancy will not affect the baby. i think side position is good for pregnant women. as its not one on one position, there will be no pressure or effects on the tummy. so side position is good go for it. its one of the most comfortable position with out harming the baby. all the best.

ok i got it even i feel that side position is better position, i am still 2 months now, i will go sex only after 3 months of pregnancy. even i got to know from net that no need of condom is required until any one of us have sexual disease.
