Hello,
Your symptoms of uneasiness and reeling of head and PP levels of 84 mg suggest that these are due to hypoglycemia( low blood sugar in blood ).
There is need to reduce the dosage being taken by you.
Either you can reduce the dose of GLYCOMET GP 3 to GP 2 or alternatively stop taking the afternoon vogli tor MF.
Keep tracking your sugar levels as it may still require the rescheduling of dosages.
Thanks
