What Would Be The Prognosis For Recovery Of Muscle Strength And Bowel Bladder Sensations?

hi,i am dr parvez my uncle had h/o lower back pain 2 month back and it progreesed to more severity not responding to any nsaid,opoid,mri done on 26th feb showed sol at l4 epidural space with degenerative disc changes,further he was evaluated at pgimer and had acute leukemia(a.l.l) b cell type and he was admitted to pgi,and two days after admission his pain increased and devoleped urinary retention and constipation,with unable to stand and,he was catheterized for urinary retention,and further loss of lower limb muscle strength,and loss of sensations from t9 and t11 level,urgent cemri of dorsal and lumbar spine was done and an extradural mass was found at d8 to d11 to compress spinal cord,he was put on DEXA regime stlightly improved but he was planned for URGENT DECOMPREESIVE SURGERY now after 72 hour of surgery,he has movements of digits,sensory level at all levels,touch pain sensations,says current flows in him,urinary cath is still there,bowel is not known,position sense is there,what would be his prognosis for recovery of muscle strength,bowel bladder sensations,he is on pregabalin and methylcobalamin,and teatment for leukemia is planned after biopsy of that mass.KINDLY TELL THE PROGNOSIS FOR CES PLEASE ?
