Whats The Reason For Bulging Of Stomach?

I have a belly that looks like I'm 4 months pregnant that has appeared within the last few weeks. I went incandescent did a blood test to see if I was pregnant and I was told it was negative. But had systems as if I was pregnant. But I also have my tubes tied. What woes can it be?
