When I Try To Touch Inside My Vagina.., There's Like

when I try to touch inside my vagina.., There's like another vagina inside it! I don't know what it is, it's shaped like a vagina, it's like a meat inside my vagina but I don't know what it is. can you please tell me what it is? and is it normal? I've been wondering for a very long time. I'm scared that It's something rare and I have to get surgery or something. Also often when I take a piss, there's a little bit of urine left, I feel it but it's hard to make it come out.. like I doesn't naturally come out... I have to force it to come out..and I'm afraid it's because of the meat inside my vagina that is preventing the little bit of urine left to not come out. I'm really scared pls help.
