I would like to know if you hear it from your chest, or if you just hear the steady pulse in your ears beating? I have had heard what sounds like the beating of my heart in my ears several times. Recently I discovered it was due to an inner ear clogging and was due to my sinuses. So using an anti- hystamine for a few days, relieved me of that. But in the past I also heard the beating, and it was never ending. After seeing a doctor for specifically that, I learned I had high blood pressure. So I was put on meds for that and since I ve had it under control, I ve stopped having that to put up with. So whenever I head the pulsating or beating, I know now it s an inner ear clogging and I m hearing my pulse. And I will hold my nose and blow for pressure to maybe open the ear canals. But it often doesn t work, but the pill does. If you are actually hearing your heart beat from your chest and can feel the more frequent activity, you do need to see a doctor who can give you something to ease your stress if that is the cause. I would think by being in a relaxation mode you wouldn t have stress. But you can learn to manage that. In any case, please see your doctor if this continues. Since it s not a normal occurance for you.
