I would like to know if you 'hear' it from your chest, or if you just 'hear' the steady pulse in your ears beating? I have had heard what sounds like the beating of my heart in my ears several times. Recently I discovered it was due to an inner ear clogging and was due to my sinuses. So using an anti- hystamine for a few days, relieved me of that. But in the past I also 'heard' the beating, and it was never ending. After seeing a doctor for specifically that, I learned I had high blood pressure. So I was put on meds for that and since I've had it under control, I've stopped having that to put up with. So whenever I head the pulsating or beating, I know now it's an inner ear clogging and I'm hearing my pulse. And I will hold my nose and blow for pressure to maybe open the ear canals. But it often doesn't work, but the pill does. If you are actually hearing your heart beat from your chest and can feel the more frequent activity, you do need to see a doctor who can give you something to ease your stress if that is the cause. I would think by being in a relaxation mode you wouldn't have stress. But you can learn to manage that. In any case, please see your doctor if this continues. Since it's not a normal occurance for you.
