yes, hi. I HAVE THYROID NODULES. The nodule on the left side is large with a growths attached to it. FAMILY DOCTOR is sending me for a biopsy. Doctors noticed nodules when I was have neck surgery 4 years ago on my disc. 2012 I had a biopsy. everything seemed okay. I HAVE DIFFICULTY swallowing and my neck is sore where the nodule is. you can actually see it . I'm a bit worried . My family doctor told me the one on my left side doesn't look good and this is why I need a biopsy. Should she be sending me to a thyroid specialist? just recently I have had a lot of weight gain , dizzy, headaches , sore legs and feet,ringing in my ears. I had blood work and she said everything looks good just your cholesterol is high. I WAS SHOCKED I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY HEALTH ISSUES. I'm 51 and never have never taken any medication and have never had health problems. I EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO. THANK-YOU GINA
