Yes I Was Useing My Hands And I Pull Hard

yes i was useing my hands and i pull hard on some frozen chicken and my wrist was sting and it was blue swollen real blue it was the vain....now it still hurts...iam on blood thinner my blood count was 3.9 yesterday and doctor told me not to take any for 3 days.....my arm hurts...could i throw a blood cloth with my blood thin...i have had cloths in pass legs and lung....i just dont feel good thank you...
