Yes Please,i Have A Chawawa That Is 7 Months Old

yes please,i have a chawawa that is 7 months old and another dog that is 2 years old it is a civer dapple it bit the other dos ear all the way down the middle and she has very long ears and that was yesterday now she is eating but throwing ever thing back up and she wont drink either i dr her ear myself it was hard to et it to stop bleeding she blesd alot it looks good rite now but like i said she will act like she is starveing to death and eating good but it wont stay down her explain please??????????
