Is Cancer Hereditary ?

my uncle had right cheek cancer in 1997. at early stages he found that cancer and took treatment. at that time complete teath were removed. now he completely recovered from that situation. my auestion is that cheekcancer cells carryforward to next generations?

No cheek cancer is not herediatry, you need not worry.
Tobacco chewing , gutkha are some risk factors which predispose to this cancer, so you need to avoid them if any .
