 I have gone through your query,  you have mentioned that you feel tired all time dont worry , firstly you should avoid taking 
stress , if you take stress all time it will cause you mentally tired , which is harmful for your health, stress cause many disease so dont take stress,
   As you feel 
fatigue you should also maintain proper diet , proper breakfast , lunch, dinner, it should be on time , eat green leafy vegetables,  fruits like apple, papaya, pomegranate, milk , milk products cheesse, 
   And you can take vitamin, iron tablets as supplements , take advice from physician , and you can go for 
blood test for heamoglobin, 
RBC count, Random blood sugar .also
