Is Change In The Pupil Size Side Effects From Naratriptan?

My pupils are changing from big to small without changes in light whilst I look at them in the mirror. I had a migraine a couple of days ago and took some naratriptan and earlier today took some paracetamol and ibuprofen. It's just gone midnight here so am pretty tired.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having migraine and you have taken treatment with naratriptan, ibuprofen and paracetamol.
None of these drugs can cause pupillary abnormalities but changes in the pupillary size is normal and is called as hippus.
If you are having any problems of vision with pupillary abnormalities or the alterations are very much significant you need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
