Will The Bleeding From My Ear Stop Gradually?

I used a Q-tip to clean my ears this morning and accidentally went too far into my right ear. It hurt a little at the time. This was around 5:45 a.m. After getting to work, I went to scratch my ear as it was itching and found blood on my finger. Looking in the mirror, I had blood running down my neck. I have put Kleenex in the outer part of the ear to stop the bleeding. It is now 1:50 p.m. The Kleenex is stopping the blood from running down my neck, but the ear is still bleeding. Should I be concerned or will it gradually stop?
